Agreement of Space Held

Due to the nature of the work, emotions may run high and I aim to provide a safe, warm, respectful, and open space to explore in our session together. I appreciate and recognise the trust you are placing in me and I kindly ask that these values are reciprocated during the session. 

When you agree to work with me, you must be 18 years old and above to book a reading. I have a strict no alcohol and drugs policy. Whilst I aim to provide an inclusive space, if you are on medication or suffering from mental illness, your mental and emotional clarity could affect the clarity of the reading. In these circumstances, it is not recommend that you have a reading. 

For the best quality reading, it is recommended that you are alone and  have a quiet private space for the session. Please note that if someone else is in the room with you during the appointment, information may be given with regards to them and could affect the trajectory of the reading. Therefore, it is advised that you are the only one present for the session. In consideration to the information above, please note that if I deem appropriate, the reading may be terminated. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Refunds, Rescheduling and Cancellations

It is important to me that you feel held during your appointment, however if during the reading you wish to no longer proceed, please do let me know. It is important to note that refunds for psychic mediumship readings and consultations will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and at my discretion. Further to this, a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the reading does not constitute a valid reason for a refund. Requests for refunds, if deemed applicable, must be made in writing within 7 days of the initial appointment date.

I understand that schedules are busy and can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must let me know in advance. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time, you may do so without incurring any additional charges. You will be able to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time and this can be done via the rescheduling link provided in your confirmation email or by contacting me.  If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time or if you do not attend your appointment without informing me, no refunds will be available and therefore in such instances the appointment fee will be forfeited. If you wish to book another appointment, you will need to rebook and pay again. 

Session Content 

Whilst I endeavour that all readings are given in good faith, I gently prompt you to have an open mind, particularly in regard to managing expectations of what may come through in the reading. Please note that the accuracy and information given during the session cannot be guaranteed due to the nature and process of the practice. Please be aware that under current English Law all readings are carried out for entertainment and experimental purposes only.

Please be advised that whilst readings can provide ample insight, it should not be used as a substitute for financial, legal, health or medical advice. Although a reference may be made during a reading with regards to the above, I do not provide medical advice, counselling or other professional services or advice and shall not be held liable or responsible to any person or entity for any loss or damage caused, or alleged to have been caused, directly or indirectly, by or from any guidance given during a reading. If you have any medical conditions that you are concerned with, it is recommended that you obtain professional medical advice. 

Recording and Note Taking of Session

Should you wish to record or make notes of the reading, please ask for my consent before the session commences. 

Aftercare

Many reflections, feelings, and emotions may come up during and after the reading. It is advised that you refrain from taking alcohol and drugs  after the session to optimally cater for your wellbeing.
